Greenland.com underwent further enhancement this year.
Greenland’s award winning tourism website, Greenland.com underwent further enhancement in July of this year, greatly improving the site.
At the same time, the number of visitors to the site has risen by 20 percent, and we have recorded 840,000 visitors to the site from all over the world.
Better visual storytelling
The new Greenland.com has maintained the visual strength from the old site. At the same time, however, the expression and look of the site is now more up-to-date, and the contents spiced up with considerable more storytelling for the users.
Furthermore, we have improved user friendliness, making it easier for the user to find information on tour operators and specific offers, relevant to each user’s tastes and likes.

A profile page with a short introduction of each tour operator located in the country has been added to the site. The profile page provides the user with all relevant information on each tour operator.

Who are our visitors?
During 2014, greenland.com has experienced an increase in the number of unique visitors by over 20 percent. In the last month alone, we have seen as many as 90.000 visitors to the greenland.com site. A whopping 75 percent are new users.
25 percent – and the vast majority – of the visitors are from the USA (please see picture below). Denmark is in second place with 15 percent and Germany third with nine percent.
